Delivery Policy

Our freight providers deliver to businesses or residential addresses – Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

You will be able to trace your delivery online with a unique tracking number which will be emailed to you once the item is dispatched.

Our discounted shipping rates require you to be home 9am-5pm on the day of delivery. Perhaps a business address is more convenient for you. Simply change your delivery address in the checkout before purchasing.

Our courier will deliver to the ground floor only no stairs/sheds/back yards.

We try to despatch all orders within 2 working days. If you have not received an order within the specific delivery time, please notify us by email at: info@fireflylighting.com.au, or by phone on 07 3254 4333.

If you are not at the address on the delivery date to sign for the item, a card from the freight company will be left containing the details to contact them and arrange for pick up or re-delivery. Firefly Lighting Pty Ltd is not liable for any cost relating to re-delivery as a result of the recipient not being at the delivery address on the delivery date.

Buyers in remote areas such as Islands, mining camps, rural farms etc may need to collect from the nearest freight depot. Large items take more time please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.

A re-delivery fee will be charged to buyers for item that is undeliverable and/or returned to due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery. Items will only be delivered during normal business hours (9am to 5pm AEST) on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.

Please do not use P.O. Box addresses for deliveries. Most items are sent via courier and require a street address for delivery. It is necessary to provide a contact name and telephone number for delivery purposes.
