The festoon lights are designed for permanent outdoor use and all parts come ready for installation. This will generally require a licensed electrician as there will be hard wiring involved. The festoon cable will be cut to your desired length and bulbs screwed in and tested. The 24Volt transformer is supplied separately so you can install it wherever you need to.
